  • All orders are processed within 3-15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment confirmation. 

  • Custom, big or made-to-order artworks may require additional time; including preparation of the protective packaging time; estimated delivery timelines will be communicated before purchase. 

 

 

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

 

 

  • We offer standard and express shipping options.

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination, size, and weight of the artwork.

  • Free shipping may be offered on selected items or promotions.

 


 

3. Packaging

 

 

  • Each piece is carefully packaged with protective materials to prevent damage during transit.

  • For larger or fragile artworks, we may use specialized shipping crates.

 


 

4. Delivery Times

 

 

  • Domestic deliveries: approximately 5-6 business days.

  • International deliveries: approximately 8-9 business days, depending on customs clearance.

  • Delays due to customs, weather, or courier issues are beyond our control.

 


 

5. Order Tracking

 

 

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to monitor delivery.

 


 

6. Damages or Issues

 

 

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery.

  • If your artwork arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

 


 

7. International Shipping & Customs

 

 

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
